Jeep safari "Lassithi" (from Heraklion region)

A Jeep tour along the mountain roads of Crete is a great opportunity to see all the beauties of the island in one day. And this is no ordinary bus tour! We offer to feel like a passenger in a real SUV, specially designed for safari tours. You will enjoy the beauty and majesty of the Lassitian mountains, climbing to a height of almost 1150 meters, riding with a breeze along the mountain plateaus, through forests and olive groves, and passing cozy little villages!

The first half of the journey involves an off-road vehicle climbing the steep slopes of the Lasithi Mountains. Passing the greenery of olive groves, we will climb to the mountain village of Kastamonitsa, which is a real find for those who like to wander along unexplored paths and non-tourist routes. Walking along the traditional streets of Kastomonitsa, you can stumble upon the ruins of ancient Greek buildings and drink traditional coffee somewhere in a cozy coffee shop on the central square. After a cup of delicious Greek coffee, we will hit the road again!
