CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR AND REFUND POLICY

Refund features:

 - If you cancel the tour at least 24 hours before the start time, we will refund you 70% of the total cost.

 - You have the option to exchange the selected one-day tour for another of equal or greater cost no later than 24 hours before the tour begins. In this case, the extra charge is made online on our website or in cash to the guide on the bus. This has to be confirmed through messages or by calling the phone number listed on our website.

 – If, for any reason, you need to change the date of the one-day tour after making the payment, please contact us through messages or by calling the phone number listed on our website. It is possible to transfer a one-day excursion to another day at least 24 hours before it starts.
 
 – You have the right to cancel a two-day tour, which includes a hotel reservation, no later than 72 hours before its start. The refund amount in this case depends on the hotel's cancellation policy and does not exceed 70% of the total price.

– If for any reason you need to change the date of a two-day excursion, which includes a hotel reservation, after making a payment, this has to be confirmed through messages or by calling the phone number listed on our website. You have the right to reschedule the date of the two-day tour no later than 72 hours before it starts. If you reschedule your tour, you may lose some amount depending on the hotel's rescheduling policy.
 
 – If you need to cancel a portion of your tour from the general order, the refund is handled privately. Partial cancellation of the order by a direct refund to the card through the banking system is not possible due to the peculiarities of the banking system. 

 – In case of force majeure (unfavorable weather conditions, disasters, social unrest, strikes, terrorist attacks, etc.), we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary and schedule of excursions, postpone the date of excursions to another day, or cancel their implementation. Refunds due to the cancellation of the tour are handled conveniently for the agency and the client.  

 - In all cases where the client does not appear at the time and place specified in the voucher (no show), the amount for the tour is non-refundable.

 - Our Agency is not liable for possible financial expenses that are associated with the disruption of your trip (booking tickets, hotels, individual trips, photo shoots, and excursions not made through the 105 Olives Travel Boutique Agency).

 - You can cancel the purchase and return to the previous page at any time before making a payment.

Conditions for making refunds:

 – Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your request.

 – Refunds are made only if you have informed us about the failed tour in the way indicated below:

 by sending a request for a refund to info@105olives.com with the subject “Refund for a failed tour.”

The following information has to be indicated in the email:

1. Full name

2. Your order number
3. Date of the booked tour
4. The name of the failed tour

We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your letter and clarify the details of the refund in a way that is convenient for you and the agency.
