How can I buy a tour?
- On our website. Payment is made by bank card. After payment, within a few hours, we will send a voucher to your e-mail / WhatsApp / Viber - confirmation of the tour booking.
- At your hotel. Write us a message in a request form and we will arrange a meeting. The representative will come to your hotel and assist accordingly! Please note that payment for tours at the hotel is possible only in cash.
What is a voucher?
A tourist voucher is an official document confirming the purchase of a particular tourist service. You present the voucher to the guide before the tour. You can take a photo with your phone and/or print the voucher.
The voucher contains all the details of the trip:
- Time and date of travel;
- The name of the tour;
- The name of your hotel/apartment/villa;
- Place and time of a pick up;
- For how many people the tour is booked;
- The total cost of the tour.
Where and at what time will the bus arrive?
In most cases, the bus arrives to your hotel or to the nearest large hotel located within walking distance from your accommodation.
The bus ALWAYS stops on the road near the gate of the Hotel (the name is written in the PICKUP column on the voucher) and never enters the territory of the hotel itself.
You need to be at the indicated place 5 minutes before the time stated in your voucher in the PICK UP TIME column.
Make sure your watch is set to the local time of Athens, Greece, GMT +2.
ATTENTION! When buying a tour on our website, you must indicate your contact phone number, by which we can contact you if you have not arrived at the specified place or if you cannot be found at the hotel.
IN THE CASE OF NO-SHOW, THE COST FOR THE TOUR IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
What discounts are available for children?
You can purchase excursions on our website for you and your children. Most tours allow your children (who are between 5 and 12 years old) to travel with a discount of up to 50%. We describe all the details of each tour separately.
On almost all tours, kids under 4 y.o. travel free of charge (in the arms of their parents).
Are there any additional costs?
On our website, we always indicate the total cost of the tour, including the tour itself, transfers and taxes. We also describe what is included in the price of the travel service you have chosen and what additional costs you may have during your trip!
Please KINDLY NOTE, that you always pay for the entrance tickets to historical and archaeological sites on your own upon arrival! The cost is indicated for each excursion separately in the column "Not included in price".
How to prepare and what you need to take with you on the tour?
All tours are different. That is why we describe in detail the answer to your question for each excursion separately. In order to get acquainted with all the details, you just need to select the tour you are interested in and click "DETAIL".

What currency are the prices on the website in?
The main currency of Greece is the Euro.
Prices for tourist services on our website are indicated in euros.
Is it worth taking cash with you or just a bank card is enough?
We advise you to take both. Some shops, kiosks, taverns only accept cash.
If you plan to travel by municipal buses around the island, please note that you can purchase tickets on the bus only for cash.
Is it worth taking documents with you on excursions?
On most excursions, you do not need to take your documents with you: passport, birth certificate, insurance, etc.
On some excursions where hotel accommodation is provided, your data (FULL NAME, date of birth) may be required. In this case, we advise you to take a photo of your documents with your phone and/or take a photocopy of your passport with you.
Can I change the date of an already purchased tour?
Please note that you have the right to change the date of the tour or change it to another (at a higher cost) no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour you paid for.
